TK & K Transitions for Children with IEPs

PUSD presents a program for parents of children with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) who will be transitioning from preschool to kindergarten or transitional kindergarten (TK), or from TK to kinder, this fall (August 2026). The program will be offered in-person at the District Ed. Center (rm. 151), with an option to attend remotely. (Download flyer for details.) Topics covered will include:

  • Transition to TK IEP

  • Transition to K assessment and IEP

  • Services and programs
