On Thursday, May 15, PEN in collaboration with Pasadena City College’s Parent Education Program will offer an event for parents of children entering TK and kindergarten in the fall.

Parents and children 0-5 are invited to participate in PCC’s Parent Education program from 9:30-11:30 AM at the Hill Avenue Grace Lutheran church. PEN and PTA Council of PUSD will be on hand to answer questions. From 10:30 to 11:15, parents can participate in a session on developmental readiness and preparing your child for the transition to TK or Kindergarten, presented by long-time PCC Parent Ed teacher and parenting coach Gia Blount.

Children are welcome; there will be a supervised play area and activities adjacent to resource tables and workshop sessions. (Please bring your own snacks!)
