PUSD’s Community Schools invites the community to it’s fall kick-off event on Saturday, Nov. 8. “Harvesting Connections” will take place at Madison Elementary School.
Community schools are public schools that partner with families and community organizations to provide expanded educational opportunities and services to support student success. Community Advocates and Community Assistants work in teams at each of Pasadena Unified's eight community schools to support and connect our students, their families, our school, and community members to local, free/low cost Community Resources and Services.
PUSD’s Community Schools are:
Elementary: Madison, McKinley School, Longfellow, Washington Elementary STEM Magnet
Middle Schools: Eliot Arts Magnet, McKinley School, Octavia E. Butler Magnet
High Schools: John Muir High School Early College Magnet, Pasadena High School, Rose City High School [Coming Soon: Blair Middle & High]
