The DELAC represents the ELAC groups at each of the PUSD school sites. Its goal is to make a positive impact for English Learners by discussing issues related to the English Learner program, advising the district, and receiving ideas on how parents can support their children at home.

El DELAC representa a los grupos ELAC en cada escuela del PUSD. Su objetivo es generar un impacto positivo en los estudiantes de inglés, debatiendo temas relacionados con el programa, asesorando al distrito y recibiendo ideas sobre cómo los padres pueden apoyar a sus hijos en casa.
