join us for PEN’s 14th Annual Wine & Spirits Tasting on Sunday, April 21, at the Shakespeare Villa, 171 South Grand Ave., Pasadena from 5 – 8 p.m. Annually, PEN recognizes outstanding parent volunteers who make a difference in the lives of students in the Pasadena Unified School District. This year, three parent volunteers will be honored for being role models for the kind of involvement that PEN advocates. They are Maria Chavez, Victoria Knapp, and Paul Nerenberg. PEN will also recognize Jennifer Miyake-Trapp with the PEN Founders Award for her commitment to PEN’s mission to promote family participation in our public schools to benefit all students.
Guests will enjoy a variety of wines donated by Silverlake Wine, premium Italian spirits sponsored by Cocktail Cadre, with food provided by Stems, and desserts compliments of Nothing Bundt Cake. Music will be provided by the Blair Strings musicians, and there will also be a silent auction.
