The School Board will convene on Thursday, February 16, beginning at 5:30 pm, to continue its work on the Strategic Plan. (See agenda.) The goals of this session are to:

• Understand suggested Steering enhancements to Strategic Pillars and corresponding
  Focus Areas completed since the February 2nd Board retreat

• Refine and finalize the Strategic Pillars and Focus Areas

• Understand what’s next in the process and how the Board will participate in that process

This session, which is open to the public, will take place in room 229.
