Foster Youth Guardians, Parents, and Advocates Council (FYGPAC) meets on the third Thursday of the month. (Pre-registration for virtual meeting is required - see below.) The purpose of the Foster Youth Guardians, Parents and Advocates Council is to assist foster students achieve academic success.
