Parent info - Black History Living Museum

Black History Living Museum, sponsored by the African American Parent Council, celebrates Black contributions to history, society, education, humanities, sciences, athletics, etc. Participation is open to ALL PUSD students in grades 3-5! The virtual showcase will be broadcast this year on May 13, but parents must register their students to participate by April 15. Students will select a person they wish to research, create a display board, and then bring their subject to life, in a first-person oration. Because this year's event will be virtual, displays and living history presentations will be recorded.
